Refund Policy
Managed Services Agreements require a 60-day written cancellation notice by the client. No refunds for early termination. The customer is liable for 60 days payment if proper notice is not submitted.
Project based services carry a full 30-60 day warranty depending on the project scope. RIT will take initiative to resolve any reported issues within the 30 or 60 days of service completion.
If after 30 days you are still having problems, RIT will make a recommendation at no additional fees with no refunds.
Residential services carry a 14 day warranty. RIT will take initiative to resolve any reported issues within 14 days of service completion.
If after 14 days you are still having problems, RIT will make a recommendation at no additional fees with no refunds.
